Enneagram Training Topics
The Enneagram is a dynamic personality typing system that consists of 9 different "types." Like all personality typing systems, the Enneagram is structured to show characteristics of each type, however, the Enneagram focuses on motivation and fear as the driving force of WHY we do what we do. By bringing about conscious awareness of what motivates us, we can create a pathway to a greater understanding of ourselves and others.

Individual Coaching
Get 1:1 coaching on applying the Enneagram framework to specific situations in your personal and professional life. Through Enneagram coaching, you will develop deeper understanding and insight about your automatic patterns of thinking and behavior; discover how your Enneagram type impacts your daily work and personal life; and learn to set intentional and achievable goals. Each session begins with a mindfulness practice to increase self-awareness and repetition of the Universal Growth Process.
Initial sequence includes up to 6 one-hour sessions over the course of 3 months. You decide if your sessions will be on the phone or via Zoom.
You also have access to email me throughout your coaching period with any questions you have.
Includes a complementary typing interview to discover what type you resonate most with.

Discover Your Type
Discover your type with a virtual typing interview.
In this one-hour virtual interview, we will go through a series of questions uniquely designed to uncover which Enneagram Types resonate with you the most. You will walk away with more confidence in your Enneagram Type and equipped with tools and resources for you to continue to explore.
